Q. What if I've used my 2 hours up before my computer is fixed? Do I have to purchase another membership?
A. No. We offer a discounted rate of $50/hr. for additional service.

Q. What if I have more than one computer? Can I upgrade my membership?
A. Yes. Each additional machine is just $10 more per machine per annual agreement.

Q. I see that you offer pickup and delivery. Do I have to re-connect all of my stuff when you all drop it off?
A. For non-members, we charge a $18.50 fee for disconnect, hookup, and travel - roundtrip. For HomeWorks members, we charge a discounted fee of $12.95 for disconnect, hookup, and travel - roundtrip.

Q. I live outside of your delivery area, do you have that service available as an addition to my membership?
A. Yes. It is an additional charge of $24.99 per roundtrip, if you are outside the delivery area.

Q. Do I need a membership to use your services?
A. No. Standard, non-member, rates are available on the Residential Rates page.
