Agility provides generators to members who experience power outages or have an Agility mobile
office onsite for a recovery. Regardless, the generators are designed to power lights, HVAC and
technology, depending on the size of the generator and a member’s needs at time of interruption. Generators stationed throughout North America for immediate deployment.
Technology
Agility’s customized technology program stocks computers and other IT equipment, pre-configured to your needs, for emergency express shipment. It can be subscribed to as a stand-alone offering but it comes standard in your ReadySuite membership. QuickShip delivers vital equipment to you in as little as 24 hours.

Connectivity
Agility is able to provide our members with every component necessary to restore or re-route phone service to
auto attendant, voicemail and/or temporary phone numbers. Phone service restoration can complement a mobile recovery or act as a stand-alone component. Regardless,
Agility’s recovery consultants will recommend and assist in implementing the best possible solution to your situation.
If a member recovers operations in an Agility mobile office or if a member’s office is functioning but the phone
system is down for the unforeseeable future, Agility can bring a satellite onsite to provide voice and, if needed,
Internet access.
The satellite allows users to make and receive phone calls. In addition, voice engineering can allow for an auto
attendant to route calls to specific users, in a similar fashion to how your organization’s current phone system
may operate today.
When recovering with satellite, the member will still re-direct its phone number(s) to the DIDs provided by
Agility.
